MARCIA GITMAN. CO-FOUNDER.
Marcia Gitman is a social anthropologist and developed her professional career as commercial manager in different luxury textiles companies. This allowed her to have a global vision of the business, its strengths and needs for improvement. Detecting linkage opportunities between Latin America and the world, she continuously trains in international trade tools and strategic development. Since 2014, she focuses on the commercialization of sustainable brands in the markets of Europe, the United States and China, attending variousinternational fairs and showrooms.
Based in Buenos Aires, she works as a strategic partner of international brands and her role is focused on facilitating communication and management of productions in Latin America in terms of sourcing, payments and logistics.
LUCIA CAMMILLI. CO-FOUNDER.
Lucia Cammilli is a senior knitwear and textile consultant based in New York and Buenos Aires.
For the past 14 years, Lucia specialized in knitwear design and product development; working for leading independent designers like Zero + Maria Cornejo, international brands like Alice + Olivia, Misha Nonoo, Maria Cher and helping to launch this category for small brands and entrepreneurs.
Her work is recognized for its skillful execution and the combination of innovative and artisanal techniques, as well as for the continuous exploration of sustainable yarns and practices.
She also worked as a researcher and consultant for “Hecho x Nosotros”, a NGO with consultative status within the United Nations working to promote sustainability in the fashion world, with a strict focus on research and educational projects.
Lucia and Marcia have been working together since 2019, combining their skills and passion,
building bridges to connect companies and ethical producers.
